1. General Provisions and Nature of the Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 77abr platform and all its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

3. Age Verification and Underage Users

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited on 77abr using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
Deposited funds will only be accepted from registered payment methods. Deposits made in a third party's name are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if an identity verification process is ongoing.
- Withdrawals are returned only via the same method used for the deposit.
- Bonus funds require specific wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.

- If there are active bets on the balance at the time of withdrawal, those amounts will be deducted from the withdrawable portion.
4.3 Transaction Currency

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (the original deposit plus the bonus must be wagered 15 times).
Important: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements. The wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each account may use each bonus only once.
- Bonus balance can be used to place bets on eligible games.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the offer states otherwise.
- If an attempt is made to earn bonuses by exploiting system or technical errors, the account may be suspended.
- 77abr reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
The outcome of all games is determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. No game outcome is predetermined and a Fair Play policy is followed.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven. For sports betting, bets must be placed before the match begins; separate terms apply for live betting.
6.2 Cancelled and Void Bets
A bet may be cancelled or declared void in the following circumstances:
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If a sporting event is cancelled or rescheduled.
- If the result cannot be confirmed due to a data feed disruption.
- Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.
In these cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.
6.3 Special Provisions for Sports Betting
Betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events is settled based on the official result of that event. If evidence of match fixing or spot fixing is found, all related bets will be cancelled.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal funds processing.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Applying strategies to exploit the odds or bonus system.
- Registering an account with false identity documents or information.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- Attempting to hack the platform's security systems.
- Attempting to harass or harm other users.
- Using the platform for terrorist activities or other criminal acts.
Consequences: If these provisions are violated, the account may be closed, the balance forfeited, and information may be reported to the relevant authorities.
8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
8.1 Account Closure by 77abr
77abr may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of the Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Failure of identity verification.
- Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
8.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Active bets will be settled before closure and any remaining balance will be returned subject to applicable withdrawal conditions being met.
